PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The International Sales Manager is responsible for driving strong sales execution across global markets, managing both new and existing accounts. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic growth plans across multiple regions, while supporting key accounts and delivering best-in-class customer engagement. The position partners with the Director of International Sales to expand global reach, strengthen retailer partnerships, and accelerate brand growth.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and grow business across global markets, expanding presence with major retail partners and distributors
  • Build and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales/margin forecast targets across assigned regions
  • Launch and scale ARB brands in new markets, with a strong focus on securing placement with key global and regional retailers
  • Identify, onboard, and develop new customers and distribution partners to expand market reach
  • Strengthen and grow existing accounts by optimizing pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies to maximize ROI
  • Manage and deepen relationships with major retail partners to ensure long-term success and alignment
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with all applicable international regulatory requirements across markets
  • Collaborate with operations and sales planning to deliver accurate, data-driven forecasts on a regular basis
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing market insights, competitive intelligence, and new product opportunities
  • Proactively engage with customers through regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to overall international sales strategy and execution
  • Support leadership with development, tracking, and execution of annual sales forecasts and growth initiatives
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings globally
  • Build deep knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Provide regular business updates to leadership, including performance metrics, forecasts, and action plans to close gaps
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth order execution and revenue recognition
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in international or global roles
  • Proven experience launching new brands or products in new markets, particularly with major retail partners
  • Strong understanding of international market dynamics and go-to-market strategies
  • Experience navigating international regulatory requirements across multiple regions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Multilingual capabilities strongly preferred; Spanish is a definite plus, additional languages are highly valued
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple markets simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Comfortable working across different time zones, cultures, and business environments
  • Self-starter with the ability to make independent decisions and drive results
  • Must be located near a major International Airport and have willingness/ability to travel internationally as needed: 40-50% Travel
