In this role, your work will help translate complex regulatory requirements into specialized models optimized for compliance detection, ensuring customers’ AI systems meet the highest regulatory and policy standards.
You will play a key role in ensuring our Regulatory Guardrails address the right vertical compliance requirements and excel in accuracy and robustness. This role requires knowledge of vertical regulatory frameworks (e.g. financial), combined with a strong aptitude to work closely with our applied AI researchers and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary analysis of candidate Regulatory Guards to prioritize based on identified requirements from regulatory research, customer feedback, and market direction.
- Data annotation to evaluate and optimize our models.
- Stress testing of our existing regulatory guards.
- Collaborate with applied researchers to design and refine regulation-specific datasets for model optimization.
- Law Degree or equivalent
- Master in Law, LLM, or equivalent
- Proven academic path in regulated industries (e.g. fintech, health) and/or AI.
- Proficiency in English
- Strong interest in Large Language Models and AI Agents. Tech-curious and product-savvy. We don’t need a coder, but someone passionate about technical conversations, tech implementation and innovation.
- Proactiveness, attitude, ownership.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- LLM/Master/PhD in Financial Law or related field
- LLM/Master/PhD in legal aspects of AI or related field
- AI-savvy with a solid understanding of AI development processes, data annotation, and regulatory technology tools (e.g. Legal Databases; AI Legal co-pilots).
- Proficiency in Spanish
- (Proficiency in French is a nice to have)
