Job Description

Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic student looking to gain hands-on experience in the banking industry? Join Stanbic Bank Uganda as an intern and learn from the best in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

As an intern, you will support various departments with day-to-day operations and research. You will work closely with our teams to capture data, conduct research, attend meetings, and contribute to ongoing projects and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support multiple departments with assigned tasks and administrative duties
  • Conduct research and prepare reports as requested
  • Assist with customer queries and information
  • Support Bank Wide Campaigns as requested 

Qualifications

We are looking for high-potential students who meet the following criteria:

  • Students who are pursuing undergraduate studies
  • Students should have a cumulative grade point average of 4.0 and above to qualify for the internship.
  • Be currently enrolled at a recognized institution & have a valid reference letter from their institution, and University ID
  • Demonstrated passion, innovation, and creativity
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
  • High energy levels, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
