Title: User Experience Intern

Zoro is currently offering one paid internship for a passionate & driven individual interested in joining our Zoro.com team for the summer of 2020. This is a full-time opportunity and will start early June and end in late August. The start and end dates can be flexible based on your semester schedule.

Primary Function:

We are the team responsible for the Zoro.com website. We work hard every day to make sure the folks who visit our website have a fantastic experience. We cooperate with every group at Zoro to make sure that our business goals for the website align with our customer needs (and make sure that it works well and looks great in the process).

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Design major, or have creative experience and looking to expand your knowledge of the field of user experience
• Experience doing research and making recommendations and/or creating a plan based off that research
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Sketch is preferred
• Graduating in Fall 2019, Spring 2020 or Fall 2020. 

You are a creative thinker, imaginative, and observant. You love working with the details and you’re ready for a challenge. You should have a strong interest in the fields of user experience design, research, or information architecture. You will be working closely with User Experience professionals during your internship with us to help create a well-designed and user-friendly experience for our customers, new and returning alike.
