Qualifications

A global law firm seeks to hire an associate to join their dynamic and growing Investment Management, Hedge Funds and Alternative Investments practice. 

We seek a mid-to-senior level associate with experience in the Investment Management industry, including experience with the Investment Company Act (’40 Act), the Investment Advisers Act and other federal securities laws. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and writing skills.
