The role

Nebius is building the infrastructure powering the next generation of AI. As we continue to scale as a public company, we are looking for an Investor Relations Associate to join our growing Investor Relations team.

Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, you will support the execution of Nebius’s global investor relations program and help communicate the company’s strategy, financial performance and long-term opportunity to the investment community.

This is a highly analytical and cross-functional role with exposure to senior leadership and teams across Finance, Communications, Legal, Strategy, Product, Engineering and Sales. You will help prepare earnings and investor materials, analyze our business and competitive landscape, track investor sentiment and support engagement with current and prospective shareholders.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial and analytical skills with intellectual curiosity, excellent communication and an interest in AI, cloud infrastructure and technology markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support quarterly earnings preparation, including business and financial analysis, shareholder letters, earnings presentations, management scripts, Q&A materials and supporting data.
  • Maintain and develop financial and operating models to analyze Nebius’s performance, business drivers and key operating metrics.
  • Conduct competitive and industry analysis across AI infrastructure, cloud computing, semiconductors and adjacent technology markets.
  • Monitor sell-side research, investor feedback, peer company developments, valuation trends and broader market themes relevant to Nebius.
  • Prepare briefing materials for investor meetings, conferences, non-deal roadshows and other investor engagements.
  • Help track investor interactions, shareholder targeting, investor feedback and follow-up actions.
  • Work across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance and other functions to build a strong understanding of Nebius’s business and translate operating developments into relevant investor insights.
  • Partner with Communications, Finance and Legal to ensure consistent and accurate external messaging.
  • Support development of investor presentations, fact sheets, website materials and other IR communications.
  • Help improve IR processes, data infrastructure and reporting, including identifying opportunities for automation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Nebius’s investor base, investment thesis and the questions and themes driving investor perception.

We expect you to have:

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in equity research, investment banking, asset management, investor relations, corporate finance or a similarly analytical role.
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills and a solid understanding of financial statements and valuation.
  • Interest in technology markets, with a willingness to develop deep knowledge of AI infrastructure, cloud computing and related industries.
  • Ability to synthesize complex financial, business and technical information into clear insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational and project-management capabilities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with public-company reporting, SEC requirements and Regulation FD is beneficial but not required.
  • Willingness to work across time zones and travel periodically for investor events.

It will be an added bonus if you have:

  • Experience covering or working with technology, cloud infrastructure, semiconductors, enterprise software or AI-related companies.
  • Experience in equity research or on the buy side.
  • CFA progress or other relevant financial qualification.
  • Experience using data and automation tools to improve analytical workflows.
