Circle is looking for an experienced Investor Relations professional to join its Investor Relations team. Reporting to the VP, Investor Relations, you will be a core contributor to the IR function, working closely with FP&A, the CFO, and executive leadership to communicate Circle's investment narrative. This role requires strong working knowledge of capital markets, solid analytical and financial modeling skills, and the ability to translate complex business, financial, and industry dynamics into clear, compelling messaging for investors and analysts. You will support investor relationships, public company communications, and the reporting and processes behind a high-quality IR program in a fast-evolving and highly visible market.
What you'll work on:
  • Support the VP, Investor Relations, SVP Strategic Finance, and CFO in developing and maintaining relationships with sell-side analysts and buy-side investors.
  • Track and synthesize analyst and investor feedback, and share insights to inform messaging and engagement.
  • Maintain and enhance Circle's valuation models, peer comparisons, and consensus tracking.
  • Stay current on strategic, operational, and financial developments at Circle, as well as the evolving financial services, digital assets, and regulatory landscape.
  • Draft and prepare quarterly earnings materials, including scripts, Q&A, and presentations, as well as conference materials, management briefings, and other public company communications.
  • Manage earnings process logistics, including the earnings calendar, quiet period coordination, and external vendors, ensuring smooth coordination internally and across the investment community.
  • Maintain and improve IR reporting infrastructure, including shareholder base analysis, investor outreach tracking, and analyst reporting.
  • Collaborate with Communications, Strategy/Policy, Legal, Marketing, Product, and other teams whose work informs Circle's external positioning and investor narrative.

What you'll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, with a track record in financial analysis or strategy.
  • Strong proficiency in financial statements and modeling, including valuation.
  • Working knowledge of capital markets, particularly equities.
  • Familiarity with the disclosure and regulatory obligations of a public financial services company.
  • Clear, articulate written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong execution skills and attention to detail, with the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Comfort presenting to and working with senior management.

Preferred Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in investor relations or a related area (investment banking, sell-side research, buy-side portfolio management).
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, Master's degree.
  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range: $157,500 - $190,833
