You will:
- Develop and execute a proactive business development strategy focused on EU institutions, agencies and public sector accounts;
- Build and deepen senior-level relationships with decision-makers in Brussels and Luxembourg;
- Actively map and engage clients to understand future project needs well before official tenders are published;
- Manage, activate and maximize existing EU Framework Contracts (FWCs) while positioning Civitta for new ones;
- Lead the entire sales cycle - from early opportunity capture and consortia building to contract negotiation and closure;
- Collaborate with our delivery, consulting and technical teams in CEE to match our capabilities with EU public sector demand;
- Represent Civitta at key industry events, networking forums and partner meetings.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in IT business development, sales or account management targeting EU institutions and the public sector;
- An active professional network in Brussels and/or Luxembourg;
- Proven track record of winning, managing and activating EU Framework Contracts (FWCs);
- Background in a major IT services company, global consulting firm or Big Four organization;
- Familiarity with digital transformation and IT consulting services;
- Fluency in English; French or other European languages an asset;
- Experience with or connection to Central and Eastern European markets is valued.
