Our client is looking for a full-time level 1, level 2 help desk support person with the following qualifications:

 

  •  College Degree or technical degree (computer science-oriented a plus)
  •  Solid communication skills
  •  Punctual
  •  Knowledge and expereince  with PC trouble shooting
  •  Knowledge and experience with PC networking
  •  Knowledge and expreince with basic wireless networking
  • Basic understanding Windows 10 OS
  •  Basic understanding Mac 10.14 Mohave OS
  •  Basic understanding Chrome OS
  •  Basic understanding of Windows Active directory
  •  Experience with opening and finishing technical tickets with little supervision
