Our client is looking for a full-time level 1, level 2 help desk support person with the following qualifications:
- College Degree or technical degree (computer science-oriented a plus)
- Solid communication skills
- Punctual
- Knowledge and expereince with PC trouble shooting
- Knowledge and experience with PC networking
- Knowledge and expreince with basic wireless networking
- Basic understanding Windows 10 OS
- Basic understanding Mac 10.14 Mohave OS
- Basic understanding Chrome OS
- Basic understanding of Windows Active directory
- Experience with opening and finishing technical tickets with little supervision
