About the Role

We're seeking an IT Manager to build and scale our internal technology infrastructure while ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards. You'll be responsible for managing our growing team's technology needs and implementing security frameworks that enable us to serve enterprise customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure & Operations
  • Manage laptop provisioning, software licensing, and hardware lifecycle for 25+ team members

  • Oversee user account management across SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.)

  • Streamline employee onboarding/offboarding technology processes

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide internal technical support

  • Manage software license optimization and vendor relationships

Security & Compliance
  • Lead SOC 2 Type II compliance efforts, working with external auditors

  • Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation

  • Manage access controls and permissions for business applications and user accounts

  • Coordinate with engineering team to gather technical compliance evidence

  • Respond to customer security questionnaires and support enterprise sales process

  • Conduct regular security assessments for business systems and user endpoints

  • Ensure GDPR and other regulatory compliance requirements are met

Strategic Planning
  • Design scalable business IT systems to support company growth

  • Evaluate and implement new productivity tools and business applications

  • Develop IT budgets and vendor management strategies

  • Create and maintain IT documentation and standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of IT experience, preferably in tech startups or high-growth environments

  • Hands-on experience with SOC 2 compliance and security frameworks

  • Experience with Google Workspace, SSO solutions, and SaaS application management

  • Strong understanding of endpoint security, identity management, and access controls

  • Previous experience supporting technical teams in fast-paced environments

  • Excellent communication skills for translating between technical and business stakeholders
