What you’ll do

  • Provide high-quality user support for trading platforms, liaising with brokers, service providers, internal technology teams, and investment professionals.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communications with end users and stakeholders during business-as-usual and business-impacting incidents.
  • Follow incidents through to resolution, and ensure documentation is thorough enough for post-incident analysis.
  • Build trust with users and manage their expectations around timelines and milestones.
  • Assist investment professionals during onboarding processes.

What’s Required 

  • 5+ years of application support experience within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of order management workflows.
  • Exceptional communications skills, including the ability to translate trading workflows and technical issues into clear, concise business language.
  • Basic proficiency with Linux and experience scripting in Python or Bash.
  • Ability to multitask, including the ability to triage and prioritize various issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

The annual base salary range for this role is $175,000-$250,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
