What You Will Do:
As we grow our Gdansk office, we are hiring an IT Support Analyst to be the hands-on technical backbone of the workplace. You will own the end-to-end IT experience for the team, from endpoint troubleshooting across a mixed macOS and Windows fleet to the physical network and conference-room infrastructure that keeps the office running. Operating in a fast-paced startup environment, you will be the on-site point of contact: resolving complex issues, owning onboarding and offboarding, administering our business SaaS applications, and making sure every endpoint, meeting room, and tool meets our security baseline. You will work alongside our security team across time zones, picking up first-line access and security requests and growing into the automation and tooling that keeps them from coming back. Your work will directly enable the engineers and operators building tools that improve the safety of our airspace.
Be the front door for IT and Security requests in the Gdansk office - walk-ups, the ticket queue, and triaging the access and security support channels requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint issues across macOS and Windows, plus mobile devices on iOS and Android, working through our MDM to diagnose configuration and policy problems.
Own employee onboarding and offboarding - device provisioning, account and access setup, asset recovery, and inventory.
Administer access across our business applications - group membership, entitlements, and the requests that come with them.
Automate the repetitive parts of IT and security operations - provisioning, access changes, reporting - so the team spends its time on the work that needs judgment.
Keep the fleet compliant and current - disk encryption, EDR, and MDM-enforced baselines, plus OS and application patching rolled out in waves without blocking people mid-deadline.
Own the recurring security operations calendar - access reviews, audit evidence, certificate renewals, and licence reviews - so nothing expires or slips through unnoticed.
Keep the office physically working - conference-room and VTC equipment (Zoom Rooms / Teams Rooms), and the network closets, racks, cable patching, and multi-AP wireless behind it, in partnership with our networking vendor.
Act as the technical contact in the office for engineering, security, and the business.
Document procedures and build self-service resources, so fixes survive you.
What We Value:
Hands-on IT support experience, with a track record of resolving issues end to end rather than passing them on.
AI-first working style - you reach for AI tools by default and have a sense of where they help and where they don't. This is how the whole company works.
Advanced macOS troubleshooting and strong Windows troubleshooting - you are comfortable owning a mixed-OS fleet and diagnosing it through an MDM (Intune, Jamf, or Kandji all acceptable).
Working knowledge of identity and access management - SSO, group-based entitlements, and joiner/mover/leaver provisioning across business applications.
Experience administering business SaaS applications.
Comfortable automating your own work - scripting (bash/PowerShell/Python) or low-code automation platforms.
Enough network fluency to work a problem from the patch panel to the access point in a multi-AP wireless office.
Nothing is someone else's problem - when something in the office stops working, from a meeting room to a network port, you pick it up, find a solution and understand who to reach out to for additional support.
A bias for action in an ambiguous, fast-scaling environment - previous startup experience strongly preferred.
Strong communication and a service-oriented mindset - comfortable translating between technical and non-technical people, and between teams.
Exposure to infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm, or similar) is preferred.
