- At least 11 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks
- At least 4 years of experience in the following to be able to produce high quality architecture deliverables & documentation
- Architecture principles/patterns: e.g. GoF, Enterprise Integration Patterns etc.
- Architecture processes/frameworks: e.g. TOGAF, Zachman etc.
- Architecture tools: e.g. ARIS, RSA, Archimate etc
- At least 4 years of experience in Java/JEE and related web technologies architecture/design.
- At least 2 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture / Technology Consulting experience in one or more of the following - Enterprise Architecture Definition, Application Portfolio Rationalization, Product Evaluation, Architecture Governance.
- At least 2 years of experience in defining technology solutions for Oil & Gas Downstream(Manufacturing, Distribution and Logistics) domain to solve business/ IT problem.
- At least 1 years of experience/understanding in SOA Architecture, Integration, Data Management, Document & Control Management, Security, Enterprise Systems, Cloud platforms, Big Data platforms
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Experience in providing advanced technology advisory services.
- Understanding of market and technology trends.
- Analytical skills
- Experience in Energy domain
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
