Our culture is focused on cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit and long-term perspective that enables us to achieve growth and scale, while remaining agile and true to our ‘people first’ philosophy. Built on a 70-year plus commitment, Ferring is relentless in its pursuit of scientific innovations in areas that have not seen significant progress in recent years and where there is potential for real breakthroughs that can benefit patients.    Ferring is recognized as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies, included on Fortune’s Change the World List, and Ferring US is Great Place to Work® Certified.

Role overview:

At Ferring we are on a mission to bring forward innovation in the treatment of radicular leg pain due to lumbar disc herniation. We are building a team of individuals to launch a biologic product that, if approved, would be a novel, only-in-class intradiscal therapy for the treatment of radicular leg pain caused by lumbar disc herniation.

  • Build, enhance, and expand relationships with targeted HCPs and office staff through consistent outreach that captures full account potential.

  • Provide expert clinical education on radicular leg pain due to LDH, optimally positioning the value of a novel therapy across various outpatient settings of care.

  • Guide and support HCPs and office staff to ensure seamless nitration of the therapy into existing clinical workflows.

  • Lead the collaboration and strategic deployment of all marketing, patient support, clinical and reimbursement resources to drive demand generation in local market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Recent specialty therapeutic launch experience in emerging or disruptive therapies required

  • Minimum 5 years of interventional spine device sales and/or pain experience with a proven record of results required.

  • At least 2 years of buy and bill experience strongly preferred.

  • Proven success in consistently exceeding sales and demand‑generation objectives.

Note: These are field-based roles. We seek candidates who are willing and able to travel 60 % or more of the time. Successful candidates are required to reside within the territory and within close proximity to a major airport hub.

This evergreen job requisition is intended to proactively identify and engage top talent for opportunities in our field sales team. If you have a passion for helping people live better lives and want to join an innovative team that aims to help change the current standard of care, we want to hear from you! Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their qualifications and experience.
