What You'll Do
- Support creative teams in the development of ad campaigns, from concept mockups to final deliverables
- Contribute to deck design with strong visuals and storytelling flow; source, create, or manipulate visuals as needed
- Create and optimize work for digital, social, and traditional platforms
- Pitch and design assets for the agency’s own social media and internal campaigns
- Assist in preparing comps, presentations, and case studies—using both traditional tools and AI
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with flexibility and focus
- Ask questions, contribute ideas, and push yourself to grow every day
What You Know
- The fundamentals of art direction, graphic design, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- The Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus: After Effects & Premiere
- How to build and manipulate common design file formats (PDF, JPG, PNG, EPS, GIF, etc.)
- How to use AI tools like Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill, or Firefly to assist with comps and presentations
- Social media design best practices and platform specs
- That creativity is a team sport—and collaboration leads to better work
- That this is just the beginning of your journey, and every project is a learning opportunity
Your experience
- 0–2 years of design or advertising experience
- A portfolio (student or professional) that shows potential, creativity, and craft
- A degree in advertising, design, or a related creative field (or equivalent experience)
- Hunger to learn, grow, and contribute
- Willingness to take initiative and stretch beyond the job description
