The Jr. Paid Ads Manager will assist in building, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google for law firm clients, while learning from senior team members and analyzing performance data.
We're looking for a Jr. Paid Ads Manager to support paid media strategy and execution across our law firm client portfolio. You'll work closely with senior team members to build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google, learning the ropes of paid media in a fast-paced agency environment where your work directly impacts client results.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their paid media career who is hungry to learn, comfortable working with data, and excited about growing into a full ownership role over time.
What you'll do- Assist in building and launching paid campaigns across Meta and Google for law firm clients
- Monitor campaign performance daily and flag issues or opportunities to senior team members
- Help optimize campaigns based on performance data, including adjusting bids, budgets, audiences, and creative
- Support the setup and QA of tracking infrastructure including pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events
- Assist in preparing client-facing performance reports with clear summaries of results and recommendations
- Run basic creative and audience tests under the direction of senior paid media staff
- Stay current on platform updates, new ad formats, and best practices across Meta and Google
- Collaborate with account strategists to ensure campaign activity aligns with client goals
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Comfortable working inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads on a daily basis
- Basic understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
- Comfortable working with performance data and drawing simple conclusions from it
- Familiarity with UTM parameters and conversion tracking concepts
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized, you catch errors before they go live
- Good communicator who can clearly summarize campaign performance for internal teams
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment where priorities shift and deadlines are real
- Exposure to programmatic advertising platforms
- Familiarity with GA4 and basic analytics reporting
- Experience with call tracking platforms such as CallRail or CallTrackingMetrics
- Any exposure to the legal industry or professional services
- Working knowledge of landing page best practices and conversion rate optimization
