Job Description:

  • The Client Advisor Assistant Support Relationship Managers in servicing client accounts through understanding, anticipating, and executing client’s transactions and providing excellent administrative and organizational support.
  • Support Client Advisors (RMs) in client interaction and attend to client queries and review and resolve client enquiries and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Prompt and accurate processing of clients banking and investment transactions. Activities include keying in of Post Executed Trades (PET), account onboarding and static maintenance, asset transfers, deposit, and loan processing.
  • Provides information pertaining to client accounts as well as collates reports, prepares client documents and follow-ups with clients, if necessary.
  • Support the team with ad hoc administrative duties to ensure that optimal client service is provided. 
  • Ensures adherence to local regulations and compliance with internal policies and standards and escalate service issues to relevant internal stakeholders
