Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to support our client accounts and contribute to relationship management efforts. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to grow within a professional corporate environment and develop strong communication and account-handling skills. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and maintaining assigned client accounts

  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and internal coordination

  • Support account documentation, reporting, and follow-ups

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery

  • Help identify client needs and contribute to solution development
