The Equifax Commercial team is seeking a part-time resource to fulfill office admin duties 15-20 hours/week. The person in this role will be responsible for managing internal/external meetings and special events. Answer phones, greet visitors, deliver mail, order office supplies, process expense vouchers, assist in new employee office setup, provide back-up admin support.

Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and appliances

Coordinate services from Glenstar (Building Management at President’s Plaza) using the service portal

Maintain visitor log. Ensure visitors are properly handled

Chicago liaison for EFX Physical Security

Participate in Suite Safety Team

AlertMedia - Manage communications for Commercial on this platform
What experience you need
-
High School diploma
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Working 15-20 hours in office and consistent with Equifax’s 3/2+2 flexible work framework, a willingness to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Equifax’s Chicago-based office
