Engagement: Freelance, 3-month initial term with the option to extend
Location: Remote, with overlap with UK working hours.

What you will deliver

  • Finish the Brain: complete and tidy the organisation pages, check them against their sources and keep the structure consistent.

  • Keep it accurate: spot gaps and conflicting facts, propose corrections and keep the logs up to date.

  • Improve AI workflows: work with each team to find repetitive tasks, then build, test and document better ways of doing them with Claude and Gemini.

  • Build reusable prompts and skills: write, test and fix them so the team can use them without you.

  • Connect our tools: help link AI safely to Google Workspace, email, our CRM and our outreach tools.

  • Hand over properly: write one-page guides, run short training sessions and leave everything documented.

  • Report progress: a short weekly update on what is done, what is next and the time saved.

Who we are looking for

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Regular, real-world use of Claude and Gemini, with strong prompting instincts.

  • Careful and organised and you notice when a fact does not match its source.

  • Clear plain-English writing

  • Comfortable in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail and Calendar)

  • Good judgement about confidentiality.

  • Self-managed: you ask before acting when something is unusual and flag problems early.

  • Basic scripting or automation skills (Apps Script, Python or Zapier)

  • Experience documenting processes or training teams.

  • Interest in media, sport, creator economy or adventure travel is a bonus.

Success in the first 90 days
  • The Brain is complete, sourced and consistent across all our businesses

  • At least 3 to 5 AI workflows are live, documented and in regular use

  • Every team knows where the guides are and who to ask
