We are seeking a motivated and driven Litigation Attorney who is eager to grow, make an impact, and develop as a litigator within a collaborative and supportive environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Help manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution
  • Conduct thorough case investigations to establish liability and assess damages
  • Draft, file, and argue key litigation documents, including discovery motions, law and motion, and oppositions to motions for summary judgment
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals to develop and execute case strategy
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and guide them through each stage of litigation
  • Gain hands-on experience handling complex and high-value litigation matters
  • Continue developing litigation skills through mentorship and ongoing professional growth opportunities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Attorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in the applicable state
  • 3+ years of personal injury experience with a strong focus on trial work
  • Minimum of 3 civil jury trials to verdict
  • Strong knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to personal injury litigation
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and apply legal authority effectively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, motions, and correspondence
  • Proven ability to successfully manage cases and advocate for clients while achieving positive outcomes
  • Experience conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing strategic legal guidance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
