As a Junior QA Test Intern, you’ll help test and verify complex asset management applications and related products. You’ll play a key role in ensuring we deliver high-quality software that exceeds customer expectations.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Review PRDs and derive test plans from use case scenarios
  • Execute manual test plans and document results
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts (e.g., Selenium WebDriver)
  • Perform peer reviews of automated tests to ensure coding standards are followed
  • Use Git to manage test assets and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline
  • Analyze regression test failures and assist with root cause analysis
  • Log, track, and retest defects throughout the SDLC
  • Collaborate closely with developers and QA team members to help achieve sprint goals
     

Required Skills & Experience

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Programming experience (Java required, JavaScript or similar a plus)
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries
  • Experience or coursework in automated testing (e.g., Selenium WebDriver)
  • Familiarity with tools such as:
    • Selenium
    • Git
    • Jira
    • Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ, or similar IDE
    • Zephyr or similar testing tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a results-driven, team-oriented environment
