As a Junior Sales Assistant at Loopcv, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by assisting in the sales process, managing client relationships, and reaching out to new prospects. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

• Assist in the sales process and support the sales team.

• Meet online with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

• Manage contacts and follow up with leads to ensure client satisfaction.

• Reach out to new prospects to expand our client base.

• Use a CRM software to manage client information and interactions.

• 0-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.

• Proficiency in English.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
