About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, growth-oriented Junior SEO Specialist to join our in-house Organic Marketing team. This is a delivery role across the full SEO stack: technical, on-page, content, keyword research, link building, and AI search readiness. You’ll work across our 30+ market sites, alongside our content and IT teams, supporting our Senior SEO Strategist as they shape the roadmap.
This is a real opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of SEO experience who wants to work at scale, go deep on the technical side, and grow into a senior role. You’ll ship every week and see the impact of your work directly.
What You’ll Do

Technical SEO
•    Manage and ship technical SEO tickets in our project management system, working alongside the IT and development teams
•    Schema markup, structured data, and rich result implementation (Product, Review, Organization, Breadcrumb, FAQ)
•    Hreflang corrections, international SEO debugging, ccTLD and subdomain consistency
•    Sitemap, canonical, robots.txt, and indexation hygiene across all market versions
•    Core Web Vitals tactical improvements (image optimisation, lazy loading, render-blocking resources)
•    JavaScript rendering checks affecting product and category page indexation
•    Redirect mapping and post-launch QA for migrations and category changes
On-page and content SEO
•    Implement on-page SEO across 30+ country sites: title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking
•    Update and optimise existing content: refresh underperforming pages, improve depth, fix on-page gaps
•    Keyword research and mapping: build and maintain keyword portfolios, competitor gap analysis
•    Content briefing support for the content team
•    Localisation QA on SEO elements across translations
AI search readiness
•    Support our AI search visibility: structured data and schema that helps LLMs and AI search parse our pages
•    Monitor visibility in SGE, AI Overviews, and LLM-driven search, and flag where we’re cited or missing
•    Help adapt on-page content and structured data so our brand surfaces in AI-generated answers
Link building and monitoring
•    Run consistent outreach campaigns to earn quality backlinks and brand mentions
•    Daily Google Search Console monitoring: surface crawl errors, indexation drops, and ranking issues
•    Report on what’s working, clearly and without fluff

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an e-commerce or agency environment, across technical, on-page and off-page
  • Strong command of Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush
  • Solid keyword research and on-page optimisation skills
  • Awareness of AI search (SGE, AI Overviews, LLM citation) and how structured data supports it
  • Experience with multi-region and multi-language sites is a strong plus (hreflang, ccTLDs, subdomains)
  • Comfortable working tickets in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
  • Reliable, organised, ships on time. Excellent written communication
  • Fluent English
  • Self-motivated remote worker with a stable connection
  • Bonus: WordPress/Elementor, Shopify, or custom CMS experience; HTML, CSS, JSON-LD schema, and regex knowledge, product feed and Merchant Center exposure

To Apply

Please send your CV along with:

  1. A brief description of two SEO problems you have solved recently, with the outcome
