Help run the show at Uline’s in-house photo studio! As Junior Studio Production Coordinator, you’ll be behind the scenes making sure every photo and video shoot is a success - from scheduling talent and prepping products to keeping the team on track.

Position Responsibilities

  • Coordinate photo and video shoots from start to finish, keeping them organized and on schedule.

  • Schedule shoots, book models and make sure any products or props required for the shoot are ready on time.

  • Communicate with teams by phone and email to keep projects moving.

  • Run products between our corporate office and studio as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Relevant previous experience in Photography studio or corporate advertising / communications.

  • Working knowledge of Digital Asset Management and workflow systems.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word programs.
