Are you a strategic sales professional who knows how to turn strong customer relationships into long-term growth?

We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Beauty & Fragrance to develop and grow strategic customer partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and bring innovative dispensing and packaging solutions to market.
In this highly visible commercial role, you will serve as a trusted partner to key customers, developing a deep understanding of their brands, business priorities, product pipelines, and growth strategies. You will combine strategic account management with a strong new-business mindset to expand existing relationships, build pipeline, win new opportunities, and deliver profitable growth.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive profitable sales growth and expand share of wallet.
• Build strong, multi-level relationships with key Beauty & Fragrance customers and become a trusted commercial partner.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and targeted prospective customers.
• Understand customer brands, product portfolios, innovation pipelines, competitive pressures, and business priorities.
• Partner with customers to develop differentiated dispensing and packaging solutions that address their needs and create value.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from opportunity identification through commercialization.
• Lead commercial negotiations involving pricing, contracts, supply agreements, and other customer terms.
• Develop accurate forecasts and manage performance against revenue, volume, margin, and growth objectives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to deliver successful customer solutions.
• Monitor Beauty & Fragrance market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to help shape customer and account strategies.
• Represent the organization in customer meetings, business reviews, presentations, trade shows, and industry events.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally and ensure strong communication and follow-through across the organization.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development.
• Experience in Beauty & Fragrance, personal care, dispensing systems, packaging, or a related industry strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and grow complex, high-value customer relationships.
• A track record of identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles and developing strategic account plans.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including pricing, margins, forecasting, and profitability.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results without direct authority.
• Comfort managing multiple customer priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel as required to support customers and business needs.

The anticipated starting salary for this position is $140,000 plus bonus. Final compensation may be higher and will be commensurate with the selected candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall value they bring to the organization.
