Your Role in Our Story: 

In essence, your role involves:

  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within assigned key accounts; 
  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, including C-Suite executives, sustainability leaders, and procurement teams; 
  • Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand clients' sustainability objectives, challenges, and pain points; 
  • Presenting our portfolio of sustainability services, including carbon credit trading, SAAS solutions for measuring environmental footprints, and trade settlement platforms, effectively articulating value propositions and differentiators; 
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, including R&D, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional client experiences; 
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments in sustainability to anticipate client needs and position our offerings effectively.  
Your Expertise: 

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 10 years of experience in key account management or enterprise sales; 
  • Deep understanding of sustainability principles, environmental regulations, and emerging trends in corporate sustainability; 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels; 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making; 
  • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.


Please note: this person must be based in the US + this role is remote with occasional travel to our NYC office and client sites

The base pay range for this position is $150,000-$225,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base pay is just one component of the total competitive compensation package for employees.
