  • Lead discovery sessions with laboratory and clinical leadership to identify workflow gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Assess digital maturity and benchmark customers against industry standards.
  • Translate operational needs into measurable outcomes: reduced turnaround time, efficiency gains, cost savings, and standardization.
  • Co-create future-state workflows with Healthcare Consultants (HCs) and Informatics Solutions Architects (ISAs).
  • Identify opportunities for interoperability, standardization, and decision-support across multi-site networks.
  • Support ROI, TCO, and KPI-based business case development.
  • Partner with HITs and ISAs during sales discovery, solution design, and executive-level presentations.
  • Contribute workflow insights and outcome-focused messaging for RFP/RFI responses.
  • Ensure smooth handoff to implementation teams and support change-management activities.
  • Conduct post-go-live Health Checks and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to best-practice workflows and consulting frameworks.
What You Will Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in laboratory workflows, clinical informatics, or healthcare consulting.
  • Strong understanding of lab operations, workflow optimization, and diagnostic processes.
  • Experience working with LIMS, middleware, or healthcare IT systems.
  • Ability to translate clinical and operational needs into actionable workflow designs.
  • Comfort presenting to executive audiences and facilitating cross-functional discussions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in value modeling (ROI, KPIs, TCO).
  • Willingness to travel within the Western U.S. as needed for customer engagements.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills.

The base pay range for this position is:

$93,680 - $128,810

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.

The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan. life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time.
