L&D Coordinator
IMC is looking for an L&D Coordinator to join the local L&D team to assist with the design, implementation, and coordination of various learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Work with the L&D team to execute IMC's global training program, which occurs twice per year, by partnering with counterparts in IMC's global and US offices to plan and manage the training program. Serve as the primary point of contact for US participants and stakeholders.
- Organize, coordinate, and ensure effective execution of US office-wide training initiatives, including scheduling, assessment distribution, communication with trainers and participants, feedback collection, and any other relevant logistics.
- Collaborate effectively and frequently with local and global HR partners, trainers, and program participants.
- Provide support to the team in the design and development of training content, such as visual aids, presentations, brochures, and other materials that will enhance the quality of training.
- Maintain IMC's internal Learning and Development tools and Learning Management System.
Your Skills and Experience:
- At least 1+ years of experience in a coordinator or administrative function
- Demonstrated passion for HR, specifically L&D
- Previous experience working in an LMS is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and demands
- Strong coordination and scheduling skills
- High level of communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Incredible attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Minimum to intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
