Your Role

The Lead Data Analyst at Inizio Evoke plays a critical role in uncovering insights that build measurable growth. You will go beyond standard reporting and dashboard development. You will solve complex business questions, identify patterns across fragmented datasets, and develop scalable analytical and modeling approaches that influence marketing, engagement, and growth strategies.

You are analytical, technically fluent,, and energized by solving business problems through creative data exploration. You are comfortable navigating complex datasets, integrating multiple data sources, applying AI tools to support your work, automating workflows, and developing relevant insights that help teams move faster. You must also be experienced in presenting analysis to clients.


You Will

• Independently — and with our team — investigate complex business problems using a combination of structured and unstructured datasets and analytical tools

• Identify, collect, scrape, store, pre-process, manipulate, merge, model, and analyze large datasets from multiple internal and external sources

• Develop scalable analytical workflows and automate processes that improve the efficiency, repeatability, and speed of insight delivery

• Use Python and modern AI-assisted workflows to rapidly prototype analyses

• Identify meaningful trends, anomalies, and strategic opportunities across healthcare and marketing datasets

• Translate complex analyses into clear, story-driven insights and data visualizations tailored to all partners

• Collaborate with strategists, creative, account, engagement managers, other analysts, and leadership teams

• Operate with ownership, curiosity, and accountability

• Healthcare ecosystem analysis

• Behavioral and engagement analytics

• Marketing mix modeling (MMM) and media investment optimization

• Diminishing return / response curve modeling for investment levels and channel mix efficiency

• Competitive intelligence and marketplace assessment

• Predictive and exploratory modeling


You HaveExperience

• 4–5+ years of experience in analytics, statistical modeling, data strategy, marketing analytics, healthcare analytics, consulting analytics, or related quantitative fields

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis, and automation

• Database and cloud platform fluency for data management (SQL, AWS)

• Experience working with large and different datasets

• Experience building scalable analytical workflows and automating repetitive processes

Data Familiarity

• Search, social, longitudinal, geographic, digital behavior, media, web traffic, NLP datasets and relational databases

• Healthcare and pharmaceutical data is strongly preferred: claims, patient-level, referral, Salesforce notes, syndicated, promotional, market research, web visit, and email data

Analytical Thinking

• Statistical modeling (Marketing mix marketing, multi-touch attribution)

• Customer Segmentation and Clustering

• Forecasting and Trend analysis

• Geographic analysis

• Behavioral analysis

• Predictive analysis

• Opportunity sizing

• Triangulating data sources

Communication & Mindset

• Ability to distill complex findings into concise, relevant insights that guide true growth

• Curiosity- with a bias toward innovation, optimization, experimentation, and continuous improvement

• Apply new tools, datasets, and methodologies in evolving analytical environments

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. We consider compensation more than just a base salary – that’s why we also offer an exceptional range of flexible benefits, personal support and tailored learning and development opportunities all designed to help you realize your full potential both in life and at work.
Compensation
$115,000$130,000 USD
