Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in API-led connectivity, system integrations, application architecture, and team leadership. This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable and secure integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of MuleSoft integration solutions.
- Architect and implement API-led connectivity using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Develop RESTful and SOAP APIs, integrations, and microservices.
- Design integrations between cloud and on-premises applications, databases, and third-party systems.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to MuleSoft developers and integration teams.
- Define integration standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning of MuleSoft applications.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience.
- Strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, and CloudHub.
- Experience in API design, development, and management using REST and SOAP services.
- Proficient in DataWeave, Mule Flows, Connectors, and Integration Patterns.
- Strong knowledge of Java, XML, JSON, RAML, and API security standards.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Maven, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MuleSoft Certified Developer and/or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.
- Experience in event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.
- Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with enterprise architecture and integration governance.
Leadership Expectations
- Mentor and guide junior developers and integration engineers.
- Drive technical discussions, solution design reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and technical escalations.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, or Manufacturing domains.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled integrations and automation platforms.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
