  • Emerging Technologies: Evaluates new technologies and engineering practices for their potential business value, scalability, security, and operational fit. Recommends practical improvements that align with enterprise standards and long-term platform health.
  • Innovation: Identifies opportunities to improve application quality, development velocity, user experience, and operational efficiency. Encourages thoughtful experimentation while balancing innovation with reliability, security, and maintainability.
  • Organizational Leadership: Builds productive working relationships across technical and business teams. Helps translate strategic goals into clear technical priorities, supports shared decision-making, and drives work through completion.

Top Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience developing web applications with Python, including Django and/or Flask
  • Experience with modern frontend development using JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience designing, querying, and maintaining relational databases using SQL
  • Experience with Git, pull requests, code review practices, version control workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding of application security fundamentals, including secure coding practices, authentication and authorization, secrets management, and protection of sensitive data
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across application, database, deployment, and cloud infrastructure layers

Summary Pay Range:
