Wells Fargo is seeking a senior Product Management Director in Consumer Bank Lending- Products & Customer Segments within Business Banking. This leader will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and delivery of complex, high-impact products and services. In this role, you will lead and develop teams of product managers and professionals, shape product vision and lifecycle strategy, and partner across the organization to align technology, distribution, pricing, and customer needs. They will play a critical role in transforming customer experiences while ensuring products are scalable, compliant, and commercially successful.

In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop specialized teams of managers and professional individual contributors
- Analyze customer and results-oriented information
- Perform market research related to development and testing of services and products
- Identify opportunities and strategies for establishing pricing policies, distribution strategies, technical systems, and customer requirements
- Manage companywide efforts to align and coordinate distribution channels, systems requirements, product introduction, marketing, training, and ongoing product and service management
- Lead teams by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex, unique, and critical product line issues to meet deliverables
- Interpret and develop range of new products or product lines and product life cycle management for functions with moderate to high complexity and risk
- Collaborate with and influence stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, and experienced leaders
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- 10+ years of Product Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
- Experience implementing and scaling enterprise lending platforms such as nCino, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, or comparable banking and lending technologies
- Proven success delivering business banking technology solutions within large, matrixed organizations
- Senior-level experience leading Agile product delivery at scale, driving execution across multiple Agile teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional product organizations, including managing managers and senior individual contributors
- Expertise in end-to-end product lifecycle management, including product strategy, go-to-market execution, and ongoing optimization
- Ability to influence and collaborate at the executive level, partnering effectively with technology leaders, risk partners, and external vendors
- This position will require onsite presence at one of the locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule
