Position Summary:

As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead Director, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for financial planning and analysis by managing a team of 3 financial professionals, including a Senior Manager and 2 Managers.  This role will allow you to be responsible for the DDAT SVP areas that comprise Security and Corporate systems and platforms. This includes oversight and management of the monthly results analysis, quarterly forecasting and annual budget and long-range planning.  In addition, you will be responsible for the overall consolidation of the Enterprise DDAT results which will involve coordination with both finance and business stakeholders.

Your success will be driven by effective collaboration with business owners and the PMO to evaluate expense risks to forecast and be part of the strategy team to identify and propose solutions to help DDAT hit their financial targets while delivering best in class hardware and software tools and services for CVS

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 or more years of financial analysis experience

  • 2 or more years of managing, mentoring, and developing an FP&A team

  • Proficient in MS tools, including excel and PowerPoint

  • Adept to collaboration and working in teams

  • Proven ability of problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

  • Ability to travel up to 10% (including plane travel)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of CVS systems

  • Experience in supporting Technology areas in previous roles

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$100,000.00 - $231,540.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
