Tiger Analytics is looking for experienced Lead Engineer — Agentic AI to join our fast-growing advanced analytics consulting firm. Requirements

We are looking for an experienced  Lead Engineer — Agentic AI  to partner with business stakeholders and end users in conceptualizing, developing, and governing enterprise-grade AI agents. This role will provide strategic and technical oversight for AI agent builds across various business units, ensuring quality, security, and compliance with internal guardrails.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business teams to design, develop, and deploy AI agents that drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Provide guidance and technical oversight to users and teams building agents, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Develop, test, and maintain AI agents using tools such as Gemini Enterprise, Agentforce, Sierra.AI, DevRev, and other emerging platforms.
  • Monitor production agents; troubleshoot and resolve performance or functionality issues as they arise.
  • Conduct comprehensive security and functionality testing prior to production release.
  • Develop and enforce policies, guidelines, and guardrails for AI and agent testing.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for AI strategy, brainstorming, and implementation ideas across business functions.
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies and recommend best practices for enterprise adoption.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in AI solution development or intelligent automation, with hands-on exposure to LLM-driven or agentic systems.
  • Proven experience working with platforms such as Gemini Enterprise, Agentforce, Sierra.AI, or DevRev.
  • Strong understanding of AI security, governance, and testing frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating complex AI concepts into business language.
  • Experience defining AI/ML governance policies or technical standards is a plus.
Location

This position is based in Chicago, IL and follows a hybrid work model (3 days in office recommended).
