    About the role
    Scratch is hiring a Marketing Specialist responsible for Lead Generation. This role plays a critically important role in making first impressions with our customers; educating them in their discovery process as they research core offerings of the Scratch Platform, and building awareness as we innovate and provide new tools to support their teams' success.
    The ideal candidate will be curious, collaborative and driven to have an impact on results. We are seeking someone with a history of exceptional lead gen campaign execution; working as a partner across design, sales and operational stakeholders to achieve results in a team-first environment.
    What you'll do
    • Reporting to Scratchpay's Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting SMB Lead Generation activities, with a primary focus on Veterinary market.
    • This role will leverage the modern tools, and work collaboratively across an exceptional team to generate inbound leads through the planning and execution of content marketing, digital/social, print and tradeshow.
    • Regular responsibilities of the role include coordinating our editorial calendar, and execution against that plan - including copywriting, media planning (e.g. white papers, webinars), lifecycle email coordination and trade show planning.

    What we are looking for
    • At least 2 years professional work experience executing B2B Lead Generation campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Experience with Lead Scoring, Lifecycle Management and Nurturing approaches.
    • Proven track record of optimizing multi-channel lead to conversion campaigns across multiple customer segments.
    • Fluency with CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
    • A working knowledge of Marketing Automation Tools and the necessary data foundations to support targeting and personalization at scale.
    • Familiarity with common Marketing Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
    • Ability to communicate campaign results through a working knowledge of testing approaches and marketing attribution methodologies.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple lead generation projects simultaneously.
    • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
    • Experience working in Financial Services Technology or Health Care Technology preferred.
