Design and deliver innovative learning experiences supporting large-scale development programs across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to assess learning needs, build targeted training pathways, and manage learning content that enhances the employee experience. Combine instructional design expertise, strategic program management, and emerging technologies, including AI, to create impactful solutions. Continuously evaluate and refine learning initiatives to achieve measurable behavioral and performance outcomes that support organizational goals.

Essential Responsibilities
- Design and develop multi-modal learning experiences such as eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual learning, videos, guides, and job aids leveraging AI tools to personalize content, accelerate development, and enhance learner engagement
- Create engaging, branded learning assets utilizing instructional design best practices and adult learning theory, while integrating AI-driven insights and automation to optimize design and delivery
- Develop assessments, activities, and application tools that reinforce behavior change and skill development. Create metrics dashboards, track participation, and measure learning effectiveness
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to capture critical expertise and transform it into engaging, scalable learning solutions that drive capability building across the organization
- Design and implement enterprise-wide learning strategies that foster a culture of continuous growth, including structured learning pathways and competency-based development programs for emerging leaders and high-potential talent. Align initiatives with organizational priorities, succession planning, and career advancement to build leadership capability and workforce agility
- Align with HR COEs and business leaders to guide teams through change by embedding change management principles into development initiatives, ensuring adaptability and engagement during transformation
- Maintain learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accuracy, quality standards, and an optimal user experience, while coordinating with designated team members to update content as needed
- Analyze organizational learning needs to recommend targeted solutions and provide insights that elevate workforce capability. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design practices, bringing forward ideas to enhance programs and advance overall team initiatives
Education & Years of Experience
- Minimum - High School or Equivalent
- Preferred - 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Business or Related
- Minimum - 5 Years Instructional design, learning experience design, talent development or related
