Job Description:
Discover is seeking a data-driven product marketer to support our dynamic Rewards Redemption team. With a deep empathetic understanding of our customers, you will spearhead all marketing efforts to craft relevant messaging and bring customer delight when redeeming rewards. Through collaboration with Analytics, Consumer Insights, Legal, Compliance, and Channel Marketers (Site, Email, Mobile), your insights will inform the Rewards Redemption team on how best to engage and celebrate rewards for our customers.
This role is cross-functional by nature and demands strong collaboration with Product, Analytics, Email, Site, Mobile, Legal, & Compliance. Responsible for product management including customer experience, operational, performance, and roadmap development. Manages product strategy for individual products and features.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes industry and consumer trends. Identifies consumer insight opportunities and makes recommendations that will inform product roadmap decisions.
- Develops, prioritizes, and oversees the execution of products and features.
Implements in line with project plan requirements. - Leads and influences teams to deliver an integrated experience across all channels.
- Develops product scorecards and manages key performance indicators against annual goals. Communicates product performance to management.
- Manages marketing campaigns, including: planning, targeting, creative development, testing and deployment, program reporting, and analyses.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
- Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration and Management
- 4+ years' experience in Customer Service, Product Management, Process Management, Digital, Vendor Management, or related
experience - In lieu of a degree, 4+ years' experience in Customer Service, Product Management, Process Management, Digital, Vendor Management, or related experience
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
