Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve NetSuite SuiteBuilder, SuiteScripts, and Workflows.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to NetSuite software design and code.
- Provide training to end users for newly developed solutions.
- Implement and configure SuiteApps for client end users.
- Build and maintain integrations into NetSuite utilizing Middleware (IPaaS) / REST / SFTP solutions.
- Assist in functional design specifications.
- Manage and prioritize workload effectively to meet set deadlines and milestones.
- Comply with all software coding standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing and ongoing solutions.
- Continuous education of NetSuite best practices and other 3rd party applications.
- Champion sustainable workplace practices by supporting remote-first operations, promoting paperless workflows through digital collaboration tools, participating in recycling initiatives to minimize paper use, and consistently demonstrate alignment with BPM’s values.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years' experience working with NetSuite.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, FreeMarker, and BFO.
- Expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, REST, and other NetSuite customization technologies.
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of data analysis, performance optimization, and NetSuite governance.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Mentoring and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- NetSuite and/or Middleware (IPaaS) certifications required.
- Experience with middlewares (IPaaS) such as Dell Boomi, Celigo, and Workato.
