As a Lead Paid Search Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic SEM campaigns to drive online visibility, website traffic, and conversions for our clients. You will lead a team of Paid Search Strategists, collaborate with innovative & transformative digital health and e-commerce clients, and leverage industry best practices to achieve outstanding results. Your role involves analyzing data, staying updated on SEM trends, and continually optimizing campaigns to meet and exceed client goals.

- Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute SEM strategies in line with client objectives. Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis. Create and manage campaign budgets and forecasts. Develop a robust testing roadmap and ensure the continuous evolution of the client’s SEM programs. Develop comprehensive Quarterly Business Reports (QBRs) with the team that includes highlights of the last quarter and top testing priorities for the upcoming quarter. Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Campaign Execution: Create, optimize, and manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others. Write and optimize ad copy for maximum click-through rates (CTR). Set up and optimize landing pages for conversion rate optimization (CRO). Implement A/B tests and other optimization strategies
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Paid Search Strategists. Delegate tasks, set performance goals, and provide guidance. Conduct team meetings and training sessions.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools. Generate regular reports to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their business goals and objectives. Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to clients. Address client queries and concerns promptly.
- Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends and updates in search engine algorithms. Recommend and implement new strategies and tools as needed.
Additional Information:
- This role may require occasional travel to meet with clients or attend industry conferences
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends is essential.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in Search,
- Shopping, and Performance Max campaign management.
- Certification in Google Ads and other relevant digital advertising platforms
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Proficiency in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is a plus.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Fast-paced, dynamic office environment, and may be required to work outside of regular office hours to resolve issues or complete projects of the department.
