Circle is a financial technology company at the epicenter of the emerging internet of money, where value can finally travel like other digital data - globally, nearly instantly and less expensively than legacy settlement systems. This ground-breaking new internet layer opens up previously unimaginable possibilities for payments, commerce and markets that can help raise global economic prosperity and enhance inclusion. Our infrastructure - including USDC, a blockchain-based dollar - helps businesses, institutions and developers harness these breakthroughs and capitalize on this major turning point in the evolution of money and technology.
What you'll be part of:
Circle is committed to visibility and stability in everything we do. As we grow as an organization, we're expanding into some of the world's strongest jurisdictions. Speed and efficiency are motivators for our success and our employees live by our company values : High Integrity, Future Forward, Multistakeholder, Mindful, and Driven by Excellence. We have built a flexible and diverse work environment where new ideas are encouraged and everyone is a stakeholder.
As a Lead Product Manager for Payments Products, you will own the strategy, design, and delivery of Circle Payments Network's (CPN) payout capabilities - ensuring that recipients receive funds quickly, reliably, and in compliance with local regulations. You will focus on building flexible payout products and value-added services that drive adoption, retention, and monetization.
This role will require a balance of strategic thinking and execution: you'll identify high-value payout corridors, translate partner and market requirements into scalable features, and ensure our solutions integrate seamlessly into Financial Institution workflows.
What You'll Do
  • Own the payments product strategy, from MVP flows (Fiat-Stable-Fiat) to advanced programmable payments in USDC and local stablecoins.
  • Define and deliver core payments primitives: multi-currency settlement, FX routing, escrow, reversibility, and programmable payment triggers.
  • Partner with Product Operations and Compliance to incorporate SLA enforcement, fee transparency, and RFI handling into payout flows.
  • Collaborate with Pricing and Monetization teams to develop optimal fee structures and incentive programs that drive customer acquisition and transaction volume growth
  • Launch enhancements that expand payout options - including local stablecoin settlements and direct-to-wallet disbursements.
  • Develop reporting, reconciliation, and exception-handling tools to manage payments efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Engineering on scalable architecture for multi-rail payouts (Stablecoins, local RTPs)
  • Collaborate with BD to prioritize corridor expansion based on liquidity availability and compliance readiness.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of product management experience, demonstrating exceptional execution skills.
  • Expertise in payment, including local settlement rails and regulatory requirements.
  • Ownership mindset with meticulous attention to details.
  • Ability to bridge strategic vision with execution detail in collaboration with Engineering, Legal, and Partner teams.
  • Familiarity with developer APIs, onchain payment flows and blockchain-based settlement mechanisms.
