Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with Product and GTM teams to develop shared go-to-market plan assigned area of the business
Support development and lead execution of annual marketing planning, execution and measurement for assigned area of business. Manage marketing project timelines and follow up with marketing team members, other departments, and agency partners to ensure deadlines are met.
partner with Market Research team (both direct customer and end user groups) to understand customer needs, segment the market and establish buyer insight and buyer’s journey, and identifying what opportunities, challenges and dynamics exist for the organization and its individual products
Lead end user marketing for assigned product category with a focus on driving demand
Define and guide the marketing strategy and execution of product launches, promotions, messaging and content to deliver value to the market for the assigned set of products throughout their lifecycles
Manage voice of the customer (VoC) initiatives and programs, for both direct customer and end user groups
Assist field sales teams to effectively sell value through solution selling. Enable direct and indirect (partner) sales teams to foster customer loyalty, satisfaction, retention and growth through customer marketing and advocacy
Collaborate with channel marketing to ensure assigned products are adequately represented in channel marketing calendars.
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in product marketing, integrated marketing, or channel marketing working in a matrix organization
Proven success in owning and exceeding customer acquisition and/or upsell goals
Strong understanding of marketing frameworks and experience leading multi-channel strategies (web, social, video, and print).
Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to set strategies, execute campaigns, and measure impact
