Job Duties and Responsibilities

Managing highly complex, large-scale strategic initiatives across matrixed, cross-functional environments requires a seasoned leader capable of bridging execution and strategy. This role addresses these hurdles by developing comprehensive strategic roadmaps, identifying operational bottlenecks, and driving continuous improvement across diverse business and operational teams. By establishing robust risk mitigation frameworks and optimizing resource allocation, the program's objectives remain aligned with overarching corporate strategy. Ultimately, this senior-level execution ensures seamless organizational transitions, high-quality deliverables, and the active mentorship of project management talent within the organization.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
  • Lead complex, large-scale business and operational programs from initial vision to successful realization with high autonomy, ensuring alignment with key departmental OKRs
  • Orchestrate matrixed cross-functional teams, establishing program schedules, milestones, and governance structures to guarantee operational excellence
  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate program risks and resource constraints through creative, data-driven problem-solving
  • Drive innovation and process enhancement by integrating AI-powered project management tools to automate status reporting, risk prediction, and dashboard creation
  • Facilitate smooth organizational change management and transitions resulting from major program rollouts across stakeholder groups
  • Establish quality assurance standards and track performance against established KPIs to ensure program deliverables consistently meet high benchmarks

Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Deep strategic and critical thinking capabilities to align complex initiatives with long-term organizational goals and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Critical experience guiding large-scale operational or business programs in fast-paced environments like Telecom or Pay Television Services

  • Expert relationship-building and communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the business

  • Strong capabilities in collaborative decision-making, team motivation, and navigating organizational change

  • Advanced proficiency in modern project management methodologies and platforms, such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Airtable, or Hive

  • AI literacy and application skills to leverage generative AI tools for writing documentation, automating workflows, and optimizing resource planning

Additional Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)

  • Certified Program Management Professional (CPPM)

  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)

  • Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)

  • Certified Program Manager (CPgM)

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field

  • Minimum Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in cross-functional project or program coordination (preferably in Telecom or Pay Television Services) with a proven history of program success

  • Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 8 to 10 years of experience with:

    • Program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

    • Project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Airtable, Hive)

    • PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification (Preferred)

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
