Roles and Responsibilities
ITO - OTR Handover
- ITO to OTR handover meeting to receive L1 bid schedule and contract details.
- Understand and Confirm ITO assumptions & risk summary is clearly understood, provided during ITO/OTR handoff.
- Attend CKOM & follow-up on open action items from the CKOM related to schedule execution
- Attends release meetings led by ITO to understand project scope, ITO assumptions, and contribute to Delivery Matrix development.
- Development of the Commitment Meeting file based on functional inputs, project requirements and contract requirements.
- Leads the Commitment Meeting with functional owners to resolve initial schedule disconnects and reach agreement on the project baseline.
Baseline Schedule / KPIs Development
- Set up integrated project schedule in P6 (including L3/L2 and S curves) baseline working with internal GEV team and in alignment with Global Project Control, Planning and Scheduling processes.
Project Schedule Maintenance
- Ensures schedules accurately reflect project scope and execution strategy.
- Continuously monitors project on time delivery performance to ensure knowledge of main issues and how issues are being mitigated.
- Proactively monitors project schedule to highlight slippages, inaccurate data causing erroneous forecasts/reporting and identifies corrective actions and action owner to resolve issues.
- Update project schedule based on inputs from GEV team to ensure project schedule accurately reflects the project status.
- Perform schedule analysis on weekly/monthly basis to identify the critical impacts and provide the mitigations suggestions.
- Ensure project schedule updates and KPIs are reflected in various tools ex- Planner Dashboard, OTD Tracker , Pulse & WIPT
- Works with project team to identify mitigation strategies and ensure strategies are reflected in project schedule.
- Escalates critical project issues to the internal project manager and project team.
- Ensures reports for other functions and customers accurately reflect status of project equipment and provide to customer and business reporting.
- Communicates to functions impact of execution strategy changes and resulting changes to required dates.
- Acts as a resource for project team members and supports with data, analysis, and root causes of schedule variances.
- Uses some judgement and has some ability to propose different solutions to address more complicated project scenarios.
- Perform the critical path analysis for deliverables and ensure no impact to contract dates.
- Claims (EOT, etc.); perform delay analysis to support extension of time and cost claims.
Continuous Improvement and Tool Administration
- Leverages experience to participate in discussions and provide feedback to improve processes and tools for the Planning team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- 5 years experience in Project Control Planning & Scheduling function within an EPC environment.
- 3 years of experirence with Oracle Primavera P6 or equivalent project, program and portfolio management tools (Primavera P6 preferred).
Eligibility Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Desired Characteristics
- Experience in Extension of time claims / forensic planning.
- Knowledge in of power plant principles and work processes of EPC environments.
- Experience of working with international teams and complex environment and open for travel
- Site Scheduling exposure
- Resources loading in P6 schedules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $100,000.00 and $166,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
