The Award Winning Speech Momi LLC, a global staple in the therapeutic community, is growing its online Remote Recruitment team.

Under the direction and supervision of Speech Momi's Director, the Lead Recruiter assists in supplementing, enhancing, and extending the promotion of health therapy services by completing a variety of tasks such as, but not limited to, building and maintaining industry relations to expand Speech Momi's talent pipeline.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruits qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff;

  • Identifies and uses various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional associations, and networking events;

  • Partners with the Speech Momi Director to review and identify the best candidates;

  • Screens resumes to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for open positions;

  • Coordinates and schedules interviews between candidates and hiring managers;

  • Negotiates job offers and co-facilitates the hiring process, including onboarding;

  • Builds and maintains industry related relations to expand and maintaining the talent pipeline;

  • Collaborates with Speech Momi's hiring managers to identify staffing needs and devise recruitment plans;

  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date candidate records, while co-managing the applicant tracking system;

  • Assists in maintaining community visibility at networking events and on social media platforms 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1 year of recruitment related experience

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment events, conferences and job fairs

Knowledge of:

  • Healthcare industry roles, regulations, standards, and best practices

  • Recruitment software, ATS, and other HR tools

  • Social media networking
