In this role, you will:
  • Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
  • Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
  • Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors
  • Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of hands-on Python development experience
  • 5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience
  • 5+ years' experience working with one or more CI/CD Pipeline (GitHub), Harness/Spinnaker & Release management
  • 5+ years' experience with either Cloud and/or Container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift, etc.
  • 5+ years experience using Git or other version control systems
Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with developers, operations teams, and other stakeholders
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, or PowerShell
  • Engineering and development experience on middleware messaging platforms: IBM MQ, Solace & Confluent Kafka
  • Hands-on experience with Automation Scripting: Terraform, Azure DevOps.
  • 4+ years of experience with Observability/Monitoring tools: Elastic, Kibana, Grafana, AppDynamics, Kafka, Big Panda, Splunk
  • Experience with Automation tools: Gradle, Maven, Git.
  • ServiceNow experience a plus
  • Experience contributing to large-scale planning of strategies (from a platform setup and optimization point)
  • Working experience and knowledge in Spring Framework and APIs
  • Knowledge of database technologies: MongoDB, SQL/No SQL DB
  • Experience in design, code, test, debug, and documentation for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
  • Experience reviewing moderately complex technical challenges
  • Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Retrospective meetings)

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $187,000.00
