As the Lead Technical Program Manager within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will streamline program operations, promote financial discipline, and ensure clear, consistent messaging across the organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized, clear communicating, detail-oriented professional with strong technical acumen and exceptional stakeholder management skills. Job responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver high-quality executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership. Synthesize complex program data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Oversee program budgets, track expenditures, and support financial planning and forecasting. Ensure alignment with organizational financial goals and compliance with internal controls.
  • Craft clear messages and compelling communications for internal and external audiences. Support the Chief Business Technologist in preparing executive updates, announcements, and strategic messaging.
  • Liaise between the Chief Business Technologist and key stakeholders, ensuring timely information flow and alignment on priorities.
  • Streamline program management processes, identify operational efficiencies, and implement best practices to support the organizations initiatives.
  • Monitor and track program risks and issues, escalate critical items, and support resolution efforts to minimize impact on business objectives.
  • Plan, organize and facilitate key meetings, workshops, and events. Prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure follow-through.
  • Maintain accurate records of program activities, decisions, and communications. Ensure documentation is accessible and up-to-date.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to different audiences across all organizational levels
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
  • Experience with budgets of $5M+ and complex vendor management with strong financial acumen in budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Proficiency with project management tools, event technology platforms, and data analytics to drive operational excellence
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
