Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to work in the Payments Network group providing network connectivity and edge computing capabilities via on-premises, hosted and public cloud.
As an individual contributor you will be responsible for multiple tracks with Cloud and Infra development and automation initiatives; developing product features, roadmaps, customer/ peer team's engagement and have a strong execution focus in an agile environment.
Have a strong passion towards consistency and standardization when it comes to documentation and presentations.
Role
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand business problems and then design and develop required solution
Demonstrate knowledge of Containerization, Kubernetes, and Linux Platform
Have experience with development/automation and strong passion to promote developer productivity
Interact with personnel at all levels and across all business units and to comprehend complex business initiatives
Articulate product requirements to various audiences (high level to low level technical details).
Regularly report progress and key product metrics to stakeholders and management. Also, can define KPI's for development teams to improve product.
All About you:
At least 8 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field.
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Experience deploying to and orchestrating containers (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
Experience in configuration management tool such as Ansible/Chef
Experience building, updating, and managing Docker Images
Strong understanding of CI/CD Pipelines in a globally distributed environment using Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Docker registry, etc.
Passionate about end user experiences that includes infrastructure and application lifecycle management
Experience on Linux platform.
Demonstrate knowledge in virtualization technologies.
Broad knowledge of the state of art industry development status in the related areas
Passionate about end user experiences that includes infrastructure and application lifecycle management
Knowledge and understanding across a wide range of technology domains and application frameworks and have ability to quickly grasp relationships of various disciplines
Experience demonstrating strong leadership, self-motivation, and accountability
Experience on complex, global projects and / or Infrastructure projects
Agile delivery experience

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Pay Ranges
O'Fallon, Missouri: $122,000 - $207,000 USD
