Job Title:Learning & Development Program Manager

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions 

1. High-Potential & Leadership Development (35%) 

  • Oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of a high-potential or leadership development program.  

  • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure program content aligns with leadership expectations and business needs.  

  • Manage program logistics, learner experience, and continuous improvement efforts.  

 

2. Onboarding & Learning Delivery (35%) 

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for new employees, including facilitation of new hire orientation.  

  • Ensure onboarding experiences are consistent, engaging, and effective.  

  • Support and deliver manager onboarding and enablement programs.  

 

3. Learning Technology and LMS Administration (15%) 

  • Serve as owner and administrator of agilon’s Learning Management System (LMS).  

  • Manage learning content, assignments, enrollments, and reporting within the LMS.  

  • Ensure learning data accuracy, compliance tracking, and ease of use for employees and managers.  

 

4. Measurement, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement (15%) 

  • Track and report on key learning metrics such as participation, completion, and program effectiveness.  

  • Use data and learner feedback to improve learning programs and processes.  

  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support organizational learning needs.  

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.  

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.  

  • Demonstrated experience in Instructional Systems Design (ISD).  

  • Experience facilitating learning for employee and manager audiences.  

  • Hands-on experience administering an LMS. 

  • Working knowledge of change management methodologies.  

  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.  

 

Location:Columbus, OHPay Range:$87,000.00 - $106,600.00

Salary range shown is a guideline. Individual compensation packages can vary based on factors unique to each candidate, such as skill set, experience, and qualifications.
