About Reveal
Reveal is a business performance improvement service company serving world-wide clients to optimize their supply chain. We help organizations unlock hidden value in their people, processes, and technology to achieve measurable business results.
Our culture is built on Attitude, Belief, and Commitment. We value caring for people, accountability, continuous improvement, and challenging conventional thinking.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive, resourceful Legal & Business Operations Lead to own our legal operations, corporate compliance, HR administration, and essential business processes.
This is not a traditional administrative or compliance-only role, and has the career path into Head of Business Operations and/or Chief Administrator Officer.
We want someone who thinks critically, anticipates challenges, takes initiative, and brings solutions rather than simply identifying problems.
The ideal candidate combines a strong corporate legal or paralegal background with the mindset of a business operator - someone who can work independently, improve processes, and take ownership of outcomes.
What Success Looks Like
  • You don't wait to be told what needs attention; you identify it.
  • You bring recommendations and solutions, not just problems.
  • You understand when to make a decision, when to collaborate, and when to escalate.
  • You take ownership of outcomes from beginning to end.
  • You build simple, scalable processes that reduce operational friction.
  • You protect the company while enabling the business to move quickly.
  • You become a trusted thought partner to leadership, not just an administrative resource.
Core Responsibilities
Legal & Corporate Operations
  • Own contract administration, workflows, tracking, and coordination with outside counsel.
  • Manage corporate registrations, filing deadlines, entity records, and related compliance processes.
  • Identify operational and legal risks early and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Improve legal workflows to increase speed, visibility, and reliability.
People & Business Operations
  • Own employee onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, benefits coordination, and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate with external HR and employment-law specialists when needed.
  • Improve internal processes and address recurring operational problems.
  • Manage essential office operations and vendors efficiently.
Business Ownership & Problem-Solving
  • Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, and emerging risks.
  • Evaluate options, make recommendations, and drive implementation.
  • Take responsibility for projects and outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Act as a trusted operational partner to the leadership team.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate legal, legal operations, business operations, human resource administration or a comparable cross-functional role.
  • Strong experience with contracts and corporate compliance.
  • Demonstrated independent judgment, initiative, and ownership.
  • Proven ability to create or improve operational processes.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, prioritization, and communication.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a small, growing company.
  • Preferred: Corporate paralegal experience, exposure to HR administration, and experience supporting founders or senior executives in an entrepreneurial environment.

Join Us
If you're a proactive problem-solver who enjoys taking ownership, simplifying complexity, and making things happen, we'd love to hear from you.
